Clients seeking legal, medical, or professional psychiatric assistance will be promptly referred to qualified individuals or appropriate community resources for advice, diagnosis, or treatment. This site is not intended to replace a personal relationship with a licensed healthcare provider or legal professional.

All booked Phone Readings and Reiki Sessions must be paid in full prior to the scheduled start time. If you do not arrive on time, the session will be canceled, and we do not wait more than 15 minutes for late arrivals. If you miss more than three scheduled appointments, future bookings will be suspended until the issue is resolved. We reserve the right to deny bookings to individuals who misuse the service. Abusive behavior will also result in refusal of future bookings.
We take our work seriously. To ensure that you are at least 18 years old, you are required to provide your date of birth when ordering any of our services. This policy applies to all services offered.
Each service is listed with its price, inclusive of VAT, and is processed through PayPal or another approved payment service. The total cost is clearly displayed in the cart, no hidden fees will be added. All services must be paid in advance, except when an invoice is requested. Invoices are issued based on our email agreement and are administered by me via PayPal, with an expiration date as specified.
Our gift cards are generally valid for 12 months, although alternative validity periods may apply in certain cases. Please check the specific terms at the time of purchase.
Gift cards are a form of payment with a predetermined value and a defined validity period. If not used within this period, they expire and lose their value. The validity period is determined by the issuing company. If no period is specified, the gift card is valid for ten years. Please note that gift cards and store credits may become unusable if the business closes, declares bankruptcy, or changes ownership.
Right of Withdrawal for Gift Cards If you purchase a gift card online, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of transaction. To request a refund, please contact us at angelplaceonearth@gmail.com, stating that you wish to cancel your purchase, confirm that the gift card is unused, and request a refund.
Angelplace offers invoicing through PayPal in accordance with PayPal’s rules and policies. Payment must be received no later than before the scheduled service, unless a special written agreement has been made. Final payment must be completed before the full service is delivered. For invoices, an additional fee of $5 USD will be applied per invoice. To place an order via invoice, you must be at least 18 years old. Invoices are sent separately to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
We offer personalized services, and you are entitled to a full refund only up until the date the service is scheduled to begin. If you purchase a service but change your mind before it commences, the full amount will be refunded. In certain cases, we may choose to issue a full refund even after the service has started; if so, you will be notified via email. Once a service has begun, refunds are not available due to the personalized nature of the work.
We reserve the right to cancel a reading within 24 hours of receiving payment, based on a review of all relevant circumstances. If we cancel the reading, you will receive a full refund. You may also cancel your reading before we begin working on it, typically within 24 hours of placing your order. Readings that have already commenced are non-refundable, except as noted above.
When you place an order with us, you provide personal information that is protected and will not be shared with any third party. By registering and placing an order, you acknowledge that we use your information solely to fulfill your request. We use cookies to deliver our services and enhance your experience on the website.
