Each service is listed with price including VAT and goes through PayPal (or other pay service). In the cart you can see the total price, no hidden fees are added. All services are paid in advance, except if you choose invoice that expires according to our agreement by email and is administered by me via PayPal.

Angelplace offers Invoice through PayPal according to PayPal's rules and policies. Payment terms are payment made by the latest before the service is to be performed (or if we have a special written agreement) Final payment must be delivered to Angelplace on Earth before the entire ordered service is completed. In case of an invoice an additional fee of $5 US will be added per invoice. To be able to order through an invoice, you must be 18 years old. The invoice will be sent separately by e-mail to the e-mail address you specify at the time of purchase.

We offer personalized services, and you have a right of a full refund only until the date we commence the service you ordered. If you purchased a service but regret it before the service begins, the full amount will be refunded to you. In some cases, we may decide to refund the full amount to you before the service is completed. If so, we will contact you via email. For services that have already begun, the amount will not be refunded due to the personal nature of the services.

We have the right, after checking all circumstances to cancel the reading within 24 hours of receiving payment. In case we cancel the reading, you will have a 100% refund of the payment you did. You can contact us and cancel the reading BEFORE we started working with it, usually within 24 hours of your order. Readings which have been started will not be refunded except for the above mentioned.

When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information. Your information is protected and will not be disclosed to any other party. In connection with your registration and order, you acknowledge that we use your information to complete your order. We take our work seriously and to make sure that you are 18 or older, you need to fill in your date of birth wen ordering services from us. This goes with all our services.

All booked Phone Readings and Sessions must be fully paid before we start. A booked and scheduled Phone Reading or Reiki Session will be cancelled if you don't show up in time and we don't wait more than 15 min for you to appear. If you don't show up as scheduled more than 3 times, we will cancel upcoming bookings and you will not be allowed to book until we resolved the issue. We have the right to deny bookings from those who misuse the service. Abusive behavior will also lead to denying of bookings.

Our gift cards are generally valid for 12 months, but there may be other validity on occasion. Check this when you purchase your gift card.

Gift cards are a type of payment that has a predetermined value. They have a validity period. This means that they become worthless if you do not use them in time. Use your gift card within the validity period. The company determines how long a gift card is valid. If the validity period is not specified, it is valid for ten years. You cannot expect to be able to use gift cards and store credits if the store closes down, goes bankrupt, or changes owners.

Do you have the right of withdrawal for gift cards?

If you have purchased a gift card online, you have the right of withdrawal on the purchase of the gift card for 14 days from the day it was purchased. Contact us through email and explain that you regret your purchase, the gift card is unused and you want your money back. We want this in writing so that you have proof that you have regretted the purchase in time.
