While humans were understanding their innate abilities and realizing that they had some awareness that kept them connected to something that was beyond their daily existence they began to find tools that would assist them in utilizing their abilities to bring information into this realm.

In the Villages there may be people that became a seer, the wind whisperer, the or the medicine woman, or the Oracle. These were the people that were sought out to help the others understand the energies around them.

Over many tools have been devised to make this information seeking clearer and more concise. In ancient times bones or runes were other items cast onto the ground, and the results were read by the Seers.

Through these readings, watching the changes in nature and listening to their intuition, final information was brought and used. In the Far East tea leaves were used as a tool to help interpret what was happening and what might be protected for future information.

Astrology, reading the stars has always been a guide and highly revered as the MAGI Would bring this information into play. Through knowledge and frequency and energy changes and watching the planetary positions is highly respected and regarded now as a science.

Utilizing a stick that was shaped in a certain way became dousing. It helped the person connect to the frequencies of Gaia herself. It was used for many things from finding water to detecting information that was unseen. This tool could feel the energy of the earth and provided great information.

The Seers and the Seekers and the wise women knew how to be still and listen with their whole being.

Pendulums also work as a dousing tool. They feel the frequency change and respond by letting the person understand better what is going on in the unseen world. I find this works very well when I am doing energy healing and I use my tool just to double check what I am feeling.

The tarot cards are a very old form of gleaning information from the unseen realms. I learned to use this system using plain playing cards.

I have gotten very fond of using similar tools called Angel cards and with each one not only comes an interpretation of what may be going on but it includes an affirmation to learn and move forward utilizing this information.

I am grateful to have experienced the magnificent energy of crystals, cards, pendulum and all the tools that I have been introduced to.

These tools have assisted me with my own innate ability to use my natural gifts. While I was learning to listen to my intuition and understand that my inspiration was divinely given. They assisted in my interpretation of what was going on around me.

Just like the correct tool for the current job you reach your toolbox and may pull out a hammer, a screwdriver, a saw. You choose the tool for the job.
