What is our heart?
Is it just a physical pump?
Is it the gateway to the divinity of the universe?

Before man understood the science and the mechanics of the body, He was in touch with the innate wisdom, an inner knowing that was guided by an invisible force. A force so great that it could guide you, heal you and give comfort even when nothing else seemed to matter. People were guided by this unseen power without ever knowing how they were being helped. It produced a calm uncluttered feeling It produced clarity and they learn to trust that this wisdom was to be relied upon.

Gregg Braden has told the story of a time when he was leaving a restaurant, and an elderly man fall into the street leaving him with a gash on his head. Within moments a young woman stepped out of the crowd knelt by the old man and began gently cradling his head. It was very obvious that something miraculous was happening. By the time the paramedics came the cut on the man’s head had healed and he was sitting up feeling much better. The woman just slips back into the crowd and moved away. Gregg g later met up with her and questioned her about the method she was using to help restore this man to health.

Gregg also talks about the Indigenous First people of America utilizing this ability to reconnect with the divinity and unity of the heart energy. Since the beginning of time the Navajo Have used this exercise to stay in touch with the coherence of the heart. Their word is SHAN ESTHA a very loose translation simply means the single eye of the heart. Many Indigenous the world over feel that the first connection a child should have is with the heart. By learning first to have that heart connection and follow it rather than the information of the brain allows you to have a greater connection with a power that is beyond your comprehension.

Science has now proven that within our heart it has its own brain cells, it can think, it can reason and it has memory. There is an old expression that is used often but it rings true in many cases.

The heart wants what the heart wants.

Remembering how to make this connection and learning to trust and know when we are the answer from our heart is the key to making this heart-brain coherence. This experience is studied by scientists from all over the world at the Math Institute in California. Showing how this connection brings about change in our mental ability and even in nature itself.

When you open this connection, you will begin to notice the difference between the answers you get from the heart and the answers you get from your brain. The heart only speaks pure truth. It speaks simply and concise. It does not speak in stories. It does not judge; it does not assign an idea to its truth.

When you are dealing with the brain, the brain brings up all of the past, throws all of this into the mix Creates its own stories and you still have not gotten any closer to the truth.

The coherent heart is a magnificent tuning fork; it is our connection to the limitless multidimensional existence that we are experiencing. This is the way we stay in connection with our ethereal self, our light bodies, our soul, this is our constant connection to oneness, the source, and to all of creation.

When you begin the journey of reconnecting to this heart energy A DE corresponds between the heart and the brain. As this bond becomes stronger the heart energy begins to soften the harsh right or wrong, can or cannot judgment, the possible or impossible and softens it into compassion, empathy, and strength without domination. It brings a new perspective and opens your imagination and your intuition.

You begin to feel, see, and then experience the joy of life, you expand your views on the world and our adventure becomes more of a playground instead of a punishment.

The synchronicities begin to occur more often and more vividly and without effort and without thought. We are in tune with the subtle energies around us. Color is more vivid. Music is more ethereal. Healing is something that occurs effortlessly and without pain.

Miracles are frequent and as you watch the body heal itself you find that you are restored even better than you were before.

Jody Spenci has acquired ancient knowledge and now with tests and machines can prove even to a questioning mind what the heart brain coherence can achieve. Moving into the oneness into the void, into the field where all things occur in the universe.
