Tough to Hear - Challenging to Clear by Care’n Mooney

As we move through the experiences of life there are times when winning relationships, a partnership or even association in business may need to move in a different direction. As ideas, feelings, any emotions begin to collide, and the momentum brings you moving towards a time of resolution.

Bent up emotions and feelings, unsolved issues, and even the prejudice of others whirl us around until here comes there comes a time for expression.

When we know, without a doubt when the clash will come. How can a person prepare to find a point of resolution, a point in which to meet and begin the conversation would dissolve the differences and find a healing solution.

With self-awareness, understanding, compassion and especially compassion for self-avoiding judgment You can hope to bring for the discussion that will allow a resolution that is uplifting for all persons involved.

The first conversation that is very important is the conversation with yourself. If you take a moment, pause and perhaps sit down and not write what is right and what is wrong but put down how you wish to see the situation resolve. Looking at things without needing to be right Just having a solution that is going to be of benefit to all parties. Being lovingly detached and looking at the situation from another perspective allows you to bring a different energy to the situation.

When you begin the conversation with understanding that the other parties involved have fears, doubts, ideas and their own perception and point of view. With respect and the ability to listen It is easier to resolve and hopefully find the source of the disagreement and bring it into a healthy and more enlightened situation.

Having the ability to actually listen to the concerns of others and that these concerns may have risen from many other situations other than the situation that you’re dealing with. By actually listening to the concerns of others without feeling you have to defend yourself allows a lot of healing. Yes, it is the opinion that they may have and right or wrong is where they are drawing conclusions from.

And somewhere in the conversation it may ring true and something that you never realized had transpired that you were never aware of could possibly be how opinions were formed.

We all have our past and hopefully we all are working towards a more authentic version of ourselves that maybe others are not aware of. And still retain the old version that may be hard to see through.

But gently moving into the present, into the with discernment, detachment, Unconditional love, compassion and non-judgment will lead to a better resolution.

When you are facing a challenge, being able to utilize your gifts to bring about a healing result, take the time and the effort to find a loving way to receive the information and move through the challenge with courage and love.

The evolution of soul, the reawakening, is the reconnection to your authentic self. It is the journey to your own unconditional self-love.

We find out that sometimes through our pain reveals our power and I am ready to move to awareness. We can do this. The universe has our back.
