Our awareness comes in the whispers of the wind. Sometimes moving gently and sometimes coming in with a surge of determination.

Letting the message and the feelings come to life can be done in many ways. They can be committed to the written word, to our coming to life, or in a song or a Symphony. Anything that is born of our creation that seems beyond our ability, which gives life and vitality to all humanity.

As our awareness awakens It courses through our being urging us to grow, to open our intuition, and find our inner courage to expand and with this to reach our true potential.

We all randomly with two cells combining then splitting to create the perfectly imperfect pure human. We become us and then we forget our power. We are now in the remembering stage of our journey.

As we move from an infant and then grow through all the stages to emerge as an adult, these stages can definitely have growing pains. Real physical pain as the body moves from childhood two adult.

We also experience growth as our bodies are flooded with chemicals that bring the insanity of puberty and the drunken stupor of love.

Somewhere in the mix our true authentic self, our begins to create magic and our unique journey begins.

Mine started with an urge to write things down, words were coming into my mind and the need to commit the messages from my mind onto paper was overwhelming. I began grabbing anything I could write on, paper towels napkins, pieces of used paper, anything that would allow me to commit the word to written before it left my mind. I would grab anything I could find to handwrite, pencil, or even a crayon. Even parts of this article were written in the doctor’s office as I was waiting for an appointment.

It all began when I started receiving downloads. I have no other word to use for my experience. I may be in a store, or at the pool, or sitting in my backyard when I find myself becoming very still and go into a deep meditative state. LOL, a normal person would probably think they were having a medical episode and certainly call the doctor. Somehow I sensed that I was OK, and I thought to myself this could be interesting. I do not know how I was being awakened but I trusted the process.

It was after that that the automatic writing started, I soon began to feel the pulse and the rhythm of the earth, and I began to sense the vibration and the frequencies all around me.

These were the stirrings, the gentle awakening of my soul. Most of us have had to survive our childhood and adulthood and become older humans in order to slow down enough to be aware of the subtle changes around us.

Now more and more perfectly imperfect pure humans are coming into the Earth experiment fully equipped and ready to take action. Some of these are the Crystal Children, the Rainbow children and the Star Souls who are remembering.

Step into your awakening, unfold, grow, and expand. Your brilliance, intuition, unconditional love, and potential are ready to emerge.

Every Tuesday evening, I host a heart-centered meditation at my center in Mesa, Arizona, which I call the Open-Heart Meditation. During this session, I guide the group into the depths of our heart’s center, filling it with joy as we allow it to expand and vibrate faster and faster. Through this practice, we embrace our true essence as beings of light.
