Breaking Patterns - No Repeats by Care’n Mooney

Nature herself follows a plan, a blueprint so to speak. Each season comes with a certain pattern, and yet the season is completely changed and uniquely different. It does not have to completely recreate itself but rather change the perspective that is bringing in a new and transformed version of one's emerging authentic self.

The patterns and cycles that kept us bound to the same ideas, jobs, same relationships, and same way of expressing life are keeping us from exploring the many facets of our divine being. We all gravitate to the familiar in a time of stress and when indecision surrounds us, and sound decision evades us like a little scared rabbit. Our old patterns have been the glue that held us together in a time of need.

However, now in moments of clarity, we are being drawn to re-examine some of our concepts and our old ways of resolving things. We are now realizing that falling into the familiar has inadvertently led us to the same outcome.

As Einstein stated, "doing the same thing each time and expecting a different result is the definition of insanity."

Some people may still remember the movie Groundhog Day. In this movie, our hero is in a loop, experiencing the exact same day over and over and over. As he stumbles through repeating the same behavior each time, resulting in disaster, he finally realizes that by changing even a small behavior, he gets completely different results.

Sometimes, by changing a simple behavior, it can lead us to the realization that we can make these minor changes and we can grow from the results.

As you awaken to the realization of cause and effect and like attracting like, you see that these were netting the same results each time with just a little different background. Then the light goes on. You find inspiration, you find a new direction, and as you start implementing these into your life, you begin to see different results.

As you begin the journey of self-realization, self-love, and seeking your authentic expression, we find the subtle synchronicities that lovingly guide us on a new and brilliant adventure.

As our self-love emerges, we realize that old patterns that have bound us are keeping us from our true expression. As we begin to evolve, we learn to resolve the challenge with a new freedom and inspired clarity, and we shed what no longer serves us and emerge on the journey to authenticity.

When you become aware of the similarities that keep you bound in unpleasant, sometimes dangerous behavior, we are now ready to step into a new direction.

How do we let go and step into a new direction?

Being observant and noticing when we are following one train of thought, not thinking, just reacting
Setting an intention that we are ready to make a change
Allowing ourselves to move in a different direction, allowing a shift in our perception
Being willing and open to mentors, books, podcasts. Always trusting your personal intuition and your discernment to lovingly guide you in being pure human

You are seen

We each walk our individual path, our unique divine expression that is ours alone, and yet we are all divinely connected. Most importantly, you are not alone.
