In 1989, when James Redfield listened to the universe and gifted us with this incredible way to reconnect, he was met with laughter and ridicule for what was thought to be a mere fantasy. Yet today, many of these insights are recognized as true, and countless people have learned to live their lives guided by them, feeling truly blessed.

Again, I mentioned that we have been carefully taught to believe we are on our own, inadequate, and incapable of living without outside assistance.

We are remembering that everything we need is within us. We are remembering that we are limitless, just as the universe is limitless. We are the creators of the New World. When we reclaim our divine connection, we align with the quantum particles that form the oneness.

When we notice and live in synchronicity, feeling the flow of intuition, we open ourselves to awareness and the divine spiritual connection that surrounds us.

We are energy, and we emit energy. Some people can see it, while many others are unaware that they can, but they still feel it. When you remember, you can once again begin to see the life force that surrounds all things.

We can send and receive energy. When we share true empathy and compassion, our heart's energy flows outward, surrounding plants, animals, and people with unconditional love. When they feel it, they send it back. As it flows back and forth, it amplifies and brings peace to the moment.

At the HeartMath Institute in California, researchers have been studying this phenomenon and much more. Our human energy can influence scientific experiments. They are exploring the effects of individuals sending energy to plants, discovering that when people consume these plants, they feel significantly more energized, amplified, and healthy.

As humans, we influence the weather. When the state of Florida in the U.S. was facing another devastating hurricane, some people sent out messages encouraging others to send energy to help reduce the storm’s intensity.

Yes, the lightworkers around the world were able to reduce the hurricane’s impact from a category five to a category two. Those who were in the synchronicity flow and understood the true phenomenon of the energy being sent responded with gratitude.

We are capable of resolving all things through the incredible energy that comes from our connection to the field.

When we meet at my center in Mesa for the open-heart meditation, we build heart energy, allowing it to flow between us and grow. It expands beyond the building, beyond the Earth, and beyond the universe. Gregg Braden has mathematically determined that for every person holding this divine heart energy, over 1,000 people receive positivity and love.

When we have 10 people meditating here, over 10,000 people in the surrounding neighborhood feel a sense of peace. I have been doing this every week for 10 years, and I have witnessed a complete transformation in the peace and calmness around the center, which was once chaotic and sometimes violent.

When people come to the center for meditation, they mention that they begin feeling something different even before they reach the door. This is energy.

When we allow love to flow without attachments or intention, it moves where the universe needs it most. And, of course, we all bask in this unconditional love, receiving its healing benefits as well.

This is the ultimate act of giving. As we walk and embody the insights, we become fully aware that we have come here to assist others on this journey.

When we meet people, we may feel inspired to say something that helps them find their way. We receive bits of intuition that may guide them toward discovering their authentic self. Our words of inspiration, insight, and intuition may be exactly what someone needs at that moment. As we flow within synchronicity, we contribute to the expansion of another soul.

As time unfolds, we move into the new world. The world of compassion, understanding, peace, consideration, and unconditional love. As we live in gratitude and embrace the true act of giving, without judgment or agenda, love flows effortlessly, and synchronicity guides our way.

We are an incredible species, evolving into a brilliant embodiment of love. We are capable of self-healing and of resolving the thoughtless and damaging things we have done. As we evolve, we can restore and renew.

Every Tuesday evening, I host a heart-centered meditation at my center in Mesa, Arizona, which I call the Open-Heart Meditation.
