Embracing Surrender & Release by Care’n Mooney

Surrender Release

The actions taken have confronted aspects within ourselves and our environment that no longer serve us. These could include beliefs of worthlessness, feelings of lack, or a multitude of other challenges.

These aspects have shaped us so far and even motivated us to re-examine ourselves, engage in some housecleaning, let go of those who are not for our highest good, and make meaningful changes.

The shift is a conscious act of coming to a place that requires a decision. It may not have been easy for us to reach this particular point; however, change can only happen when we are left with no other choice.

When we let go of the baggage that no longer fits our interpretation of self, we recognize that pursuing the next avenue of thought is the only way to move forward. Acknowledging that there will be no forward movement with the current approach, we pause, stop, and say, "No more."

Release comes when we surrender the need to keep trying to change while relying on old tools. We realize the importance of releasing the debris of the past, paving a new path for rediscovery.

We are not broken, nor have we failed. Instead, we begin to see a clearer, brighter path that allows us to form fresh perspectives and move closer to our desired goals. This release flows naturally, enabling us to adjust to each new wave of information.

When we release tendencies like failing to be impeccable with our speech, criticizing ourselves when we feel we haven't been at our best, making assumptions that lead to confusion, and taking things personally, we open ourselves to change.

As you release these habits, you'll notice many transformations occurring. There may be new relationships, a new job, a new city, or even a change in attitude. These changes bring newfound freedom, fresh thoughts, and heightened awareness.

When we surrender to the need for change and release the baggage, we discover personal freedom and a deeper sense of purpose. We find healing from past relationships, create space to grow, and become more than we were before. We no longer live in fear or stress.

This transformation gives us opportunities to care for ourselves, spending time in nature, meditating, taking classes, and embracing the world around us. When you become your authentic self, you'll feel more peaceful, think more clearly, become more intuitive, and find joy in all things. Most importantly, you'll live in the present moment, fully embracing the now with enthusiasm.

Care'n Mooney

Every Tuesday evening, I have a heart-centered meditation at my center in Mesa, Arizona. I call it the open-heart meditation. I guide the group into our heart’s center, feeling it with joy, feeling it expands and vibrates faster and faster until we become our true essence as beings of light.

If anyone is in the Phoenix or Mesa area, please give me a call and be part of our open-heart meditation.

I see you, I appreciate you, I honor you
