When we think of personal transformation, we can be reminded of using the tools of the four agreements. They can assist us greatly as we begin the process that requires looking deep into ourselves.

Any deep examination of our past requires courage, being fearless enough to sort through things and finding enough self-love to face what we have been utilizing to live our lives by. Looking deep to see who we are without our mask.

We can rethink our values, beliefs, and dreams. Ask ourselves if they are our truths and if they resonate with our soul. We can create time to be still and listen, and this is one way to your freedom.

A willingness to accept change, even when it does not feel comfortable or familiar.
Having a clear idea of where you want to go and seeing the possibility to reach that goal.

Being able to keep on going and finding within yourself a quiet determination to stay the course, even when it seems everything is against you. Diving deep within and finding your true passion and disregarding the words and ideas of others. Finding the fire that ignites your soul.

This sacred journey will last a lifetime. It requires insight, equity, inspiration, patience, compassion, and a lot of stubbornness, and mostly the heart and soul to evolve.

Being patient. It took years of programming to create where you are, and it will take time and effort to address and replace all of these patterns.

Finding teachers and like-minded souls to assist you and support you.
Never lose your venture and your openness to new thoughts.
And always being loving yourself and carrying an attitude of gratitude.

Evolution by its nature is obtaining and re-growing by breaking down, learning new things, resolving what doesn't work, staying true, accepting change, and being persistent. You are unique, one-of-a-kind, and your journey may be traveled along with others, and yet how we perceive our dreams will allow us to evolve totally differently than our friends.

Not only are we changing physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, we also live in a rapidly changing world.

We are confronted with new technology, climate change, political, social, cultural, and religious ideas are rapidly changing. And we're doing this globally.

We are all connected and every butterfly that flaps its wings on the other side of the world will create change on this side of the world.

Every Tuesday evening, I have a heart-centered meditation at my center in Mesa, Arizona. I call it the open-heart meditation. I guide the group into our heart’s center, feeling it with joy, feeling it expands and vibrates faster and faster until we become our true essence as beings of light.
