Everyone Wants Change by Care’n Mooney

Care'n Mooney

Change has always been at the center and the rhythm of all things. Maybe change happens in the 9 months from the moment of conception and the collision that begins creating new life. Maybe it happens over millions and millions of years as Gaia becomes the place we now lovingly call home.

The atoms in the universe are in constant change, seeking to re-create themselves and have new adventures.

As curious humans, change has been the driving force in our whole human existence.

Things like; Why stand when a broken tree offers a place to sit, let's invent the chair.

Fire makes things taste better, let's figure out how to control it.

Without change nothing, nor no one, would even exist or be doing what we do now.

As a child, change is happening rapidly, it consumes our physical being, and it is done with synchronicity and meets all the growing needs of our changing body.

It is not a thought nor permission, it just changes as it needs to, to create the adult human that we are meant to be.

Our physical presence is rapidly changed, constantly changed, and the process does not stop. Each change brings new opportunity and challenges that enrich our human experience. Again, without permission, just the physical force of nature.

Why then do we resist change so adamantly? Perhaps we have gotten used to making adjustments as our body changed bringing us into adulthood. Change that really takes an effort is the change that involves our emotions, our thoughts, and how we relate to ourselves and others. This is a different kind of change that we are bringing about ourselves. With it comes the responsibility of how we will fit in our new life, and how we will adjust to our changes.

Our emotions, however, are a major part of our being and we constantly make choices from past experiences, hoping to create our new experiences.

We are very comfortable with what feels familiar and letting go of that is like jumping into the deep end of the pool not knowing what it is going to be like.

We have relied on using past experiences to guide us into resolving the challenges ahead of us.

Making changes, especially ones that involve others, can bring on fear, doubts, and isolation.

When this stirring begins, and the life we are leading is not bringing the fulfillment, joy, and spiritual awareness that we are seeking, change is inevitable. However, sometimes we rely on old patterns hoping they're going to give us new perspectives.

We rationalize that this information served us before and using the old method of resolving this new situation will amazingly bring in new insight and perspectives. Not realizing that using the same ideas and expecting new and refreshing changes to appear is actually the definition of crazy.

As we grow and become different, sometimes we outgrow a job, a relationship, a belief system, and find ourselves on the outside of what was familiar.

Change is good but sometimes very painful when others around us are moving in a different direction and we feel like we are on the outside looking in. But this is part of making change.

When this stirring begins, we resist and protest until we finally let this new feeling guide us into a new beginning, and change happens.

We step into our new self, a new creation, a new awareness. We are preparing to bring this new dimension into humanity and ourselves.

Dr. Joe Dispenza has proven through science that when you CHANGE YOUR MIND YOU CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

When you change your mind that a relationship is harmful to you and step out of it, you are able to see how destructive it was. When you change your mind that the illness you are experiencing is not serving your highest good, you finally begin to heal.

In my career many times I would be working with someone, and they would use the expression “this job is killing me” and in many cases that is exactly what was happening. Then miraculously they would change their mind and say enough is enough, and actually change their jobs and find a peaceful, healthy workplace.

Finding the courage to step beyond and claim your true authentic self brings beauty, harmony, and balance.

Reaching deep within and trusting your higher self will bring that change. Small steps are the path to freedom, to self‑love and authenticity. Find your inner warrior and become the change that you seek.

You will feel peace and enthusiasm, insight and a liberating feeling that you did not know existed.

There is always an element of fear, sorrow, and disappointment when you begin letting go of the ropes that bind you, but when you step into the brilliant potential of your own humanness the pain dissipates.

Jobs, belief systems, relationships, trauma, grief, doubt and indecision that had been keeping you from your highest good are now removed and you are on your way to attaining your true authentic self.

BECOME THE CHANGE YOU SEEK AND DESERVE!

Every Tuesday evening, I host a heart-centered meditation at my center in Mesa, Arizona, which I call the Open-Heart Meditation. During this session, I guide the group into the depths of our heart’s center, filling it with joy as we allow it to expand and vibrate faster and faster. Through this practice, we embrace our true essence as beings of light.

If you’re in the Phoenix or Mesa area, I warmly invite you to join us. Feel free to reach out and become part of our Open-Heart Meditation community. Find Care'n Mooney at www.liquidenergyhealing.com
