Go with the Flow and Allow Things to Grow – a Brilliant Rhythm by Care’n Mooney

There is a brilliant rhythm in all of creation. A divine clothing ebbs in and out of every being, bringing change, renewal, and beauty. Even in the least habitable places on Earth, this energy keeps pace with the rhythm and balance that allows things to survive, even in still-hostile situations.
We, as energetic human beings, have this rhythm deep within our being and a connection to all creation. An unseen ebb and flow is there from the moment of our conception, when two cells unite and go with the flow, allowing creation to become completion.
When our ancestors lived, their very survival depended on living within the flow of energy. They were guided by the subtle changes in the weather and even by catastrophic Earth changes such as earthquakes and volcanoes. They definitely had to go with the flow and possibly change their direction in order to survive.
As society has changed and we have gotten away from relying on our initial guidance, and now depend on outside influence, we are no longer so completely connected to nature that we depend on the flow to provide for our needs. We have shelter, food, and transportation at our fingertips. But in reality, we still need to depend on our own internal guidance and direction.
When we disconnect our humanness from our energy source, we lose that divine connection.
As we regain our ability to feel the energy within us, we remember a greater source and sense of awareness. Our interconnection is subtle and powerful. It guides us with synchronicities, with intuition, and with an inner knowing, letting us open to the higher frequencies of our energy and follow the flow of that energy into our greater awareness.
Going with our flow and not being influenced by what others say or do, we find we will arrive at our purposeful place in divine timing. Going with the flow requires a trust that we are receiving our intuition from our highest good. That comes from becoming your authentic self, a place of love.
Sometimes going with the flow is not the direct path; however, you will find that it has less resistance and more purpose.
There are situations when I have seen people wanting to make a left-hand turn against the traffic. They sit there stubbornly, making false starts, being mad and frustrated. How simple it would be to turn and go with the flow of traffic for a short time, and then you would be able to turn into the other lane with ease, and no frustration.
Out of curiosity, I tried this out. I turned into the mainstream of traffic, drove a little way, and then turned into the lane I wished to be in, and amazingly, the person was still trying to go against the flow.
We, as pure humans, are given a perfect connection to our divinity, to our creation, and to our purpose. Learning to receive this information, allowing and trusting, our lives are guided with synchronicity and intuition.
When we go with the flow, we will grow.
We are valuable, we are loved, and we are parts of the whole. We have come here to contribute our brilliance to the advancement of humanity by being the amazing, perfect, pure humans that we are.
When we connect with our innate divine guidance, allowing synchronicity and our intuition to know which flow to follow. In all the hustle and bustle of trying to push ourselves forward, we realize that we did not come here to be in a RACE.
I remember when our species was referred to as humanKIND, not the humanRACE.
When we go with the flow, when we allow for amazing possibilities, when we connect to our true selves, we are nurtured, we are protected, we are lovingly guided, and we are truly part of HUMANKIND.
Every Tuesday evening, I host a heart-centered meditation at my center in Mesa, Arizona, which I call the Open-Heart Meditation. During this session, I guide the group into the depths of our heart’s center, filling it with joy as we allow it to expand and vibrate faster and faster. Through this practice, we embrace our true essence as beings of light.
If you’re in the Phoenix or Mesa area, I warmly invite you to join us. Feel free to reach out and become part of our Open-Heart Meditation community.

I see you, I appreciate you, I honor you
