Harmonizing Positivity - The Power of Vibrations & Frequencies by Care’n Mooney

We have all been experiencing vibrational frequencies from the very moment of our conception. We first encountered the frequency of our mother, her voice, her heartbeat.
The Earth herself emits a vibratory pulse that can be felt and measured. Even now, science suggests that this heartbeat is changing, affecting the world around us.
In early 1996, we began receiving a pulse, a vibration, from the center of the galaxy, which remains largely unexplained.
Before modern humans developed electrical technology, we had a more precise, intuitive connection to frequencies. We relied on many senses, attuning ourselves to the subtle vibrations and frequencies surrounding us.
Our emotions also emit vibrations and frequencies. While we may not fully understand how we perceive them, we have an internal awareness, an instinct, that tells us when something feels right or wrong.
These subtle shifts in vibration serve as guides, helping us assess our surroundings. Every emotion, love, fear, anger, joy, disappointment, anticipation, alters our frequency and can influence the harmonic balance within us.
Our bodies are composed of frequencies and respond to them. The frequency of optimal health is 432 Hz, and when we align with it, our well-being flourishes. Historically, musical instruments were tuned to this frequency, allowing us to unknowingly receive its benefits. Ancient churches and temples were designed to resonate with different healing frequencies, such as those that promote love and peace.
My singing bowl resonates at 444 Hz, often referred to as the angelic frequency. When played, it evokes a profound sense of peace and joy.
Many churches and temples were intentionally designed to raise the frequency of those around them. Their ability to sustain this energy was often symbolized by the presence of a red rose in stained-glass windows.
This ancient technology, an awareness of frequencies, is something humanity has largely forgotten to embrace.
Tuning forks are another tool used to restore health. I once attended a class led by a woman named Sherry Edwards, who had the rare ability to hear sound beyond the limits of human hearing. She developed a machine that could replicate the missing harmonic frequencies in a person, restoring health when played.
My studies on the effects of sound have revealed that each organ in the body vibrates at a distinct frequency. Interestingly, different songs and artists can impact specific organs.
Tibetan monks and others who have used sound, vibration, and frequency for healing understood how profoundly the human body responds to the right frequencies. Traditional healers across cultures have long utilized sound vibration in their healing practices. Even yoga integrates chants and mantras to foster harmony and well-being.
Unfortunately, in 1903, Rockefeller, who played a key role in shaping modern medical schools, moved away from tuning instruments to 432 Hz, shifting the frequency in a way that disrupted the body's natural harmony.
Thankfully, many musicians today have returned to tuning their instruments at 432 Hz.
Masaru Emoto demonstrated how frequency can affect our cells. He discovered that when words were placed on a container of water and then frozen, the resulting ice crystals reflected the energy of those words.
For instance, when the word "war" was placed on a container, the ice crystals formed in chaotic, malformed patterns. Conversely, when the word "peace" was used, the crystals were beautifully symmetrical.
Considering that our bodies are composed of approximately 75% water, imagine the impact of expressing anger or fear versus embodying love and compassion.
We influence the people, plants, animals, weather, and, above all, ourselves and the world around us.
This has been repeatedly demonstrated by the HeartMath Institute in California, which has shown that thoughts and emotions alter the frequency and vibrations of our surroundings. On a quantum level, our particles interact with the quantum field, influencing the world at large.
There is a well-known saying: "If a butterfly flaps its wings on one side of the world, we will feel the effect where we are."
This proved true in 1999, when widespread fear arose around the new millennium, with uncertainty about the future. Monitors were placed worldwide to measure global consciousness. As the New Year arrived in each time zone, the monitors captured a shift, revealing how human emotions and vibrations have the power to create scientifically measurable changes.
Each individual influences the world around them—so why not radiate love, compassion, hope, and prosperity? Why not cultivate joy and peace?
Consider how a mother’s soothing lullaby calms her baby, or how words of encouragement bring comfort to those who hear them. Our words, too, carry vibration and frequency, making it essential to speak with intention and care.
Even color is a vibration, with each hue resonating at its own frequency. In this way, when we perceive color, we are also perceiving sound.
We have become so distracted by our outer world that we have forgotten its illusory nature. The true essence of who we are is deeply connected to the web of existence, what scientists call "the field."
Through quantum entanglement, we are intertwined with the vibrational frequencies and moving particles of energy, coming together as unique and powerful beings in the human experience.
As valuable and radiant souls, we each have the ability to share our gifts—our love and compassion, with the world, striving to manifest the highest, most beautiful potential.
Love yourself.
Be impeccable in your thoughts and words.
Meditate. Communicate with your source.
Embrace your authentic self, and in doing so, you will discover the divine connection where miracles unfold.
Every Tuesday evening, I host a heart-centered meditation at my center in Mesa, Arizona, which I call the Open-Heart Meditation. During this session, I guide the group into the depths of our heart’s center, filling it with joy as we allow it to expand and vibrate faster and faster. Through this practice, we embrace our true essence as beings of light.
If you’re in the Phoenix or Mesa area, I warmly invite you to join us. Feel free to reach out and become part of our Open-Heart Meditation community.

I see you, I appreciate you, I honor you
