I am a cosmic spark, from the stars I start, into human form I slip eager to begin this wondrous trip. I chose to come and bring illumination and to expand, I bring the light I come to understand.

In innocence I began the journey to follow to the end. This earthly journey may take its toll but now it’s time to remember and to allow the divine energy to gently flow.

I am a cosmic spark from the stars above I came to play Illuminate and Shine, to stay lovingly connected to all that is divine, and soon the spark must leave and to the star’s return, but when the time is great, I lovingly am ready to participate.

Our inner child brings with it the essence of the universe. We carry within our DNA the Blueprint of all creation of unlimited possibilities and the potential to see them through. Nestled in this one tiny human form we begin our new adventure as the Divine Human.

The gifts of gentleness, delight, laughter and awe are put aside as we step into our human form, as easily as we put away a childhood toy. While we are very young and vulnerable the Experiences That others teach are often filled with their perceptions, fears and doubts. We form our ideas and opinions upon these perceptions. Things that may get through us but are not our original plan. We will survive but not without scars.

We are Not Broken, perhaps shattered and fragmented but we still retain all the pieces of this beautiful art form. As we grow, we are given the opportunity to reassemble all the beautiful pieces and again let our soul shine.

All true healing begins with the awareness that change is coming and then with the courage to allow this new journey to lead us to our true potential.

Our innocent child needs to be SEEN, to be validated, to feel unconditional love, and to be seen without judgment. Stepping back into our innocent authentic self and releasing the version of those around us takes faith, love, and determination.

Healing begins with compassion, powerful cosmic compassion, as we reach back into the stars from which we came. Again, feeling the illumination, the brilliance and the power from the universe and all that is.

Stepping into the now, the observer, not making judgments, or assumptions, or taking it personally we again find that divine innocence, that pure creativity and connection with the essence of our inner child.

A beautiful technique that was given to me many years ago was to see myself as a version of my six-year-old child. I saw her standing there frightened, alone, not understood and needing to be loved and protected. My adult self began hugging her and telling her that all would be well. I shrank this inner child into a very small being that would fit in my heart. I put myself in my heart and gave myself infinite love, forgiveness and a reassurance that she was protected, unconditionally loved and could step into her true eternal Ethereal cosmic self.

As the heart began the healing and we became an example of living compassion We were surrounded and Emerged in the cosmic compassion and the healing began. Surrounded by heart energy we could gently address the traumatic experiences that overwhelm the child in physical form. And now with a loving adult to gently guiding our child to love our child unconditionally we again let our inner child shine, laugh and create.

As our enlightened self began lovingly parenting our inner child, our inner child could embrace its true gifts. As a gentle piece surrounded both of us, we could again feel the awe of our inner childhood. Embrace the freedoms and bring back the sparkle that had been missing from our eyes to allow that creative self to reintegrate our imagination and our cosmic potential. We could again see unlimited possibilities and have a knowing that we are the divine spark.

Embrace your child, love your child and let your child play freely.
