Do you sometimes feel energetically exhausted? Do you ever wonder why? Do you feel heavy and out of sorts when you are around certain people or in certain situations? Perhaps your sacred shielding that creates your protective boundaries needs some upkeep.

We can all agree as life pushes us through on to the next thing on our proverbial to-do list, we move through the hustle and bustle and sometimes forget we need to check on our spiritual hygiene.

When was the last time that you consciously checked on the shielding that you put around your entire being? We need to be shielded to protect against the constant onslaught of the heavy three-dimensional daily living.

Our divine energy is precious, it is our ethereal connection to the wholeness, to the oneness. It is our wavelength that keeps us connected to the ethereal to the true essence of our being.

In our daily lives we do much to avoid the negativity, the negative vibrations and situations that are constantly being bombarded upon ethereal self. We have the media, we have people, and they bring drama and trauma, and constant chaos.

Protecting this inner sanctum of our soul the very essence of our being is vital to our survival, to our spiritual well-being and to our authentic self. This is the most sacred place in which we reside. This is our private and secret place The one place that has a number admittance sign written on the door. This is the holiest of holy, the place that we commune with our divine soul.

We are reminded of using sunscreen against the sun, buckle up and have car seats for the kids, read the labels, drink fluids and a million other things to shield our bodies and minds against the outside force but what do we do for our most valuable space?

Three things become very clear, and you need to acknowledge that this is something that you need to pay attention to, you need to do clearing, and you need to do maintenance.

Number one; clean out the accumulated debris, bring your awareness to how and what needs to be eliminated.
Number two; Set your focus or your intent on releasing what you need to let go of and repair all that needs to be repaired
Number 3; then you need to examine the invisible boundaries that you have around you, is this bubble intact? Is there any way for negativity to penetrate it, and how do we repair it?

When I prepare my sacred shielding for just working with a client during my Reiki sessions, soul communications, universal clearings, or meditation I must always clear, repair and seal my protection.

I start with myself, I clear my entire DNA, my aura, my cells, and I repair in the past present and future, in all dimensions, in all the known and unknown time and space. I also have my special crew that checks my invisible bubble of protection for leaks, cracks, or any places that need to be replaced or repaired, I clean everything in my home I clean everything I bring into my sanctuary I clean all my electrical devices and my beautiful dog Fiona she gets a going over also. I then surround this protection with the universal Flame and white light, and I filled the space with love and light.

Every Tuesday evening, I host a heart-centered meditation at my center in Mesa, Arizona, which I call the Open-Heart Meditation. During this session, I guide the group into the depths of our heart’s center, filling it with joy as we allow it to expand and vibrate faster and faster. Through this practice, we embrace our true essence as beings of light.
