There is a divine connection that whispers gently to us to awaken; you awaken to a sense of belonging, an inner knowing that we are different and yet connected to something that we feel and do not see or understand, something just beyond our present awareness.

As we grow we are all seeking to fit in, to be part of the people around us. Many of us find that there is still something missing, something that encourages us to be open to possibilities. Through our birth families they give us the ability to move through this life, we have learned many lessons; however, an inner knowing leads us on a journey of self-awareness and a determination to find how we fit in.

What is our soul connection?

Why do they show up in our lives?

Where is this connection beginning?

How do we find them?

And what will they teach us?

We are all connected to a soul family that we may not even be aware of. We each have a commitment to bring something to fruition that has not even been revealed to us at this time. The amazing thing is that we will find our soul connections when we 1st find our connection to our own soul.

Have you been drawn into a conversation or been drawn to a particular situation or person as if there is an invisible magnet drawing you closer? Is it simply because they're wearing similar clothes, are at a place you remember, or they just look familiar? This is not a chance meeting; it is the universal synchronicity that helps us find our soul connection.

There is energy frequency between us, putting us in sync and opening the way for us to connect. We feel comfortable, at ease, safe, and a feeling that we have known each other for a very long time. We seem to sense that this is more than a chance meeting, we feel it is a greater plan. This recognition may begin on the physical level, but it is an energetic communication and not random.

Over time different philosophies and ideas have tried to give humans a better understanding of this connection to try and make us feel comfortable when it happens.

They use words like

Karma

soulmate

twin flame

and other explanations to allow people to understand and try to explain the overwhelming desire to be with that certain person even when logic fails.

Our soul connections come when we need to grow or heal. Some to guide us, some come to motivate us, some come to let others see ourselves so we can release negativity and move on to our greater potential, our protectors and guides, and others are there to help us through the challenges. Each encounter, whether it is a long-time relationship or simply a conversation, they are here to help us see the bigger picture of what our purpose on this beautiful planet is and how we fit into the scenario.

Each lifetime our soul connections may appear in very different forms, perhaps as our mother, a sibling, a lifelong companion. When we are able to understand the bigger picture it allows us to follow our hearts and join our soul families in assisting the protection and evolution of all humanity.

In this particular lifetime I came in as an older person to be able to help my young friend see their true potential. We are given many opportunities to take this information and utilize it in our own journey; however, some choose the path of fear and do not want to take that path. We all have the opportunity to accept or deny this guidance and that is the beauty of working with energy.

Our soul connections are ethereal, isoenergetic threads that hold together the divine plan for peace, love, and connection in cooperation with gently guiding humanity towards its highest good.

When we find this connection, our true soul family connection, and trust the guidance that we receive through intuition, feeling, dreams, synchronicity, and simply an inner knowing, we are no longer alone.

Even when we do not have physical contact with the person and maybe we haven't seen them in a long time, when we do see each other physically it is as if no time has passed and you can pick up right on the same conversation that you were having when you parted.

Having this connection allows you to communicate over time and space, always sensing the other person's energy and knowing you are SEEN, HEARD, LOVED, and APPRECIATED.

Every Tuesday evening, I host a heart-centered meditation at my center in Mesa, Arizona, which I call the Open-Heart Meditation. During this session, I guide the group into the depths of our heart’s center, filling it with joy as we allow it to expand and vibrate faster and faster.
